Our family had a lovely stay! The kids loved the playground and the free WiFi kept everyone entertained. Staff were generally nice, and we appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. That's a brilliant team! We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.

missingWrote a review on Aug 24warm welcomefriendly staffcomfortable beddining service
The warm welcome at The Frontier immediately set a positive tone. Staff were helpful and genuinely friendly, which made me feel right at home. My double room was comfortable with a cozy bed, though the pillows were a bit hard for my taste. The cleanliness in my room was mostly good, except for some stray hair grips on the bathroom floor. It would have been nice to have more variety in the tea and coffee options provided in the room, as chocolate or cookies were notably absent. The food at the dining area was decent but did have a greasy feel, leaving me with slight indigestion post-breakfast. The location was excellent, just 10 minutes from the center of Londonderry, perfect for exploring the area. I did encounter a few issues. I missed dinner due to misinformation about dining hours, as the pamphlet in my room indicated a later service than what was actually available. the room key system was a bit temperamental, making it inconvenient to access my room. I appreciated the staff's attention at breakfast, but clearer communication regarding dining hours would enhance the overall experience.

Couples seeking a lovely getaway
The staff were super friendly, they welcomed us right as we arrived and suggested the best places for breakfast. We had dinner in the bar, the food was AMAZING! ! , and the atmosphere was just right for a night out with great pints!
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, worth it for the experience.
