The location was excellent, just 10 minutes from the center of Londonderry, perfect for exploring the area. I did encounter a few issues. I missed dinner due to misinformation about dining hours, as the pamphlet in my room indicated a later service than what was actually available. the room key system was a bit temperamental, making it inconvenient to access my room. I appreciated the staff's attention at breakfast, but clearer communication regarding dining hours would enhance the overall experience.
